Mrs. Pleasant is the Principal of BJR Enterprise, LTD and a senior business process analysis consultant with more than 20 years of experience improving execution for corporate, institutional, and mission-driven organizations across the public and private sectors. She works directly with C-suite leaders and senior executives to diagnose operational breakdowns, redesign core business processes, and implement systems that support consistent performance, compliance, and scalable growth.

Her specialization is end-to-end business process analysis and enterprise process design. Mrs. Pleasant leads structured assessments of how work flows across corporations and organizations, identifies inefficiencies, control gaps, and execution risk, and designs future-state operating models aligned with governance, performance metrics, and workforce capability. She is frequently engaged during periods of growth, restructuring, regulatory change, franchising, or model replication, when execution discipline and clarity are essential.
